Adult Written by Carly Smith November 6, I love this movie I love this movie so much. It has the heart felt feeling of true family. It shows the good, the bad and the ugly. It shows the love of a parent in this case the love of a father who will do anything. It's extremely rare to find good movies these days that share this outlook.
Definitely recommend as a family movie! Adult Written by Hnt August 2, Several unnecessary curse words were used also. The movie was ok for my older kiddo, but caused lots of questions for my younger one. Adult Written by CoriLeilani July 26, Wish I would have read reviews before watching!! I am so disappointed with myself for not reading the reviews first, like I normally do. It seemed like such a good family film, but putting the adult language aside that doesn't particularly bother me , my kids still believed in the Easter Bunny before watching this film.
I tried to smooth it over, but it was very overt. I am SO mad at myself. It would be a great movie for older kids that don't believe anymore. Adult Written by filmparent September 1, Superb This film is a wonderful family adventure that covers a variety of important and heartwarming themes. I, as a parent of two children, believe that the subject matter of the film is not unnecessary, but rather, realistic. While yes, the Easter Bunny spoiler is a downer, my children and I are Jewish and are not particularly bothered by it.
However, it is still important to note. It was actually not bad, I'm just kidding. My son Joey loves Scarlett Johansson so he really loved this scene.
Perhaps this should have been given a PG rating, however, it is not so outrageous that you should prevent young children from viewing it. I love this movie, and I believe there is a valuable message to be received from it. Positive role models. Adult Written by Josiah B. July 22, Still a good movie, but keep your younger kids away. Interesting This is a movie about a recently broken family by the death of their mother. It has sadness but humor as well.
It has a good morale value but is hard to understand.
