Why kagrra disband

Their last studio album, Hyakki Kenran , was released on February 2nd. Unfortunately, not much information is available about their CROW days. They performed for the first time with the new name on June 3rd, at a memorial one-man live at Takadanobaba AREA.

Later on in the month they released their second demo tape " Kotodama ". A studio version of the song would later be released as their second single four years later. Kagrra's first studio release was their first mini-album Nue , which was released on December 1st.

After selling fairly fast the mini-album had a second pressing released the following March on the same day as the release of their second mini-album and a third pressing in December of the same year. The later presses have renewed cover artwork and contain one new track, " Shiroi Mashu ". This mini-album's second pressing was released almost exactly a year later.

A few days later March 5th , Kagrra went on their first nation-wide coupling tour. It was called PK Kassen and went for 10 stops. What the fuck. I mean, really? Yet, I can respect their decision to disband, as sad as it is.

I think these guys are mature enough to have an understandable reason for it. He lost his voice before a live, which had to cancelled, then he had to undergo medical treatment for a while and nobody could figure out what exactly was wrong with him. He was improving, though, from what I gather, so this announcement is shocking. This comes as a shock.

Out of all bands Kagrra, was one of the few you would not expect at all to call it quits. All of their releases were great. I spend many hours listening to their beautiful melodies. Will look out towards their last album with mixed feelings. Really don't want them to quit Yeah, it happened right before the last concert of their most recent tour held in September. I don't think the disbandment has anything to do with his voice, though.

There've been hints for quite a while now i. The announcement is shocking, yes, but completely expected. Oh okay thanks for clarifying this. Now that you've included all of that, I can see why you could say that it was expected.

I was informed of their sales falling quite sometime ago, which somewhat surprised me. I always thought Kagrra, had a pretty big fan-base? How is this early? If you ask me, that's not early. Not only that, they never released anything bellow amazing. Obviously I'm distraught. I have barely come to the point where I can listen to their music and not have tears running down my face But I still get choked up sometimes.

And can someone please give me some suggestions for other bands to listen to?.. Like Kagrra, of course. Thanks for listening to me.

Although we have celebrated our 10th anniversary, in order to aim for a higher place, we have had several discussions on the course of our future activities, and reached a tough decision after considering all kinds of opinions.

We are a band, which can not exist without Isshi, Shin, Nao, Izumi. Our music will remain forever because it is unique, and I will always be proud of Kagrra, as the most important band for me. In the time remaining, the five of us will try our best to present the whole world of Kagrra, with all our might.

Please support us until the very end. The reason differs by each member. It would be by pressure only if we continued these same activities without a pause. Thanks to the support from a lot of people, we have made it through ten years, which is a long time.

The ten years with Kagrra, have become a life style to me, and I kept growing both as an artist and as a human being. Thanks to every member of Kagrra, the fans, and the staff concerned. Based on a lot of discussions, we decided this is not possible to keep the band anymore. Kagrra, is a band that has been supported by a lot of fans, staff and persons concerned for ten years long. We had a lot of fun, planning how to make everyone happy, although there were some tough times like when being too busy during recording.

We have found the fulfillment and sense of accomplishment in these events. These were some of the few events where we could communicate with you. The final two events have been scheduled, but we will try our best to make them more fun than ever, for you to enjoy. And although it makes me feel anxious and lonesome to leave Kagrra, But I will not bend down my head!
